Hawker Park Primary School

On Friday we had our colour run and it was a great success! Everyone has so much fun 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

At the end of week 2 we had an Indonesian Incursion. We got to sing and dance along with the presenters and we had so much fun!🇮🇩

On Tuesday we held a commemorative tree planting event to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. We now have 7 new Jacaranda trees on the far end of the oval, each which have been named:
Kindy: Kambarang
Year 1: Beautiful Crown
Year 2: Queenie
Year 3: Jubilee
Year 4: BFT (Big Friendly Tree)
Year 5: TBA
Year 6/PP: Elizabeth II

This week the Pre Primary children visited Landsdale Farm as part of their healthy eating unit of work. Here are some of the animals they saw!

Our Hawker Park Early Learners Program provides you with an opportunity to engage with the school and share time with your child.
The program will facilitate a stimulating and informative program that will assist you and your child to develop:

• relationships with other children
• an awareness of the school’s physical environment
• a sense of identity
• a feeling of connection and contribution
• a sense of wellbeing and
• opportunities to learn and think

These transitional sessions provide an exclusive opportunity for children already enrolled in Hawker Park Kindergarten.

Don’t forget to invite your friends & family, they don’t need to go to the school.
