This week at our centre we have begun exploring and learning about National Reconciliation Week. ❤️💛🖤
Our Nursery children explored the 2026 theme, “All In”, through creative painting experiences using the colours that represent the theme this year. The children enjoyed expressing themselves through art while being introduced to the importance of connection, inclusion and belonging. 🎨
Our Toddlers tuned into the Reconciliation Breakfast Conference live while enjoying their morning tea and continued listening throughout the morning. This provided a wonderful opportunity for the children and educators to engage with conversations around reconciliation, respect and community in a meaningful and age-appropriate way.
Our Kindy children read the story “Finding Our Heart” during group time and explored what the story meant to them through thoughtful discussions. Educators asked open-ended questions such as, “Where can we find our hearts?” with children sharing beautiful responses including “in our voice,” “in our body,” and “on the land.” ❤️
The children then extended their learning by colouring and interpreting their voices on paper and exploring a storytelling basket set up with different resources linked to stories within the room.
We look forward to continuing our learning journey together throughout the week as we celebrate, reflect and learn. 🖤💛❤️

💛 Community Pantry 💛
A huge thank you to all of our wonderful families who have recently donated items to our community pantry. Your kindness and generosity help us keep the pantry stocked and available for everyone in our service community. We are so grateful for every contribution, big or small.
Our community pantry is here to support one another in a simple and caring way:
✨ Take what you need
✨ Give what you can
Families are welcome to access the pantry at any time if they need a little extra support, and those who are able are invited to contribute items whenever they can. Donations may include non-perishable food, snacks, toiletries, lunchbox items, or other everyday essentials.
It has been heartwarming to see our community come together to care for and support one another. Thank you for helping create a space filled with kindness, compassion, and generosity
