SIT30522 Certificate III in events at Bentley and Fremantle TAFE worked on their 65 roses day promotional displays this week.
The displays were planned, and drafted, before being set up by the teams.
The displays are aimed to support our Events Training at South Metropolitan TAFE teams working the annual 65 Roses Day event with Cystic Fibrosis WA on May 24th 2024.
You can support these wonderful students in their efforts and help them achieve KPI's by sending a rose in their virtual rose garden or by buying a physical rose for $5 at one of the sites they are located at next Friday.

🌟 Celebrating Success with our SIT30516 Certificate III in Events Bentley Class! 🌟
This term, our talented students organised a Professional Development Conference, showcasing their event coordination skills! 🎉 Over two days, they flawlessly coordinated 10 engaging sessions.
🔗 The students took charge of the entire process:
✅ Set up the seamless registration platform
✅ Managed and monitored session registrations
✅ Expertly staged each session
✅ Skillfully handled space setup and pack-down
✅ Ran efficient briefing and debriefing sessions for staff
🌐 Their dedication and hard work truly shone through, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved. 🌈 Not only did they execute a fantastic event, but they also gained a treasure trove of new skills along the way. 🚀

Last week our SIT30516 Certificate III in Events Mandurah group coordinated a Melbourne Cup luncheon at the Saltbush Training Restaurant at South Metropolitan TAFE.
🏇🌟 What a fantastic Melbourne Cup lunch! 🌟🏇 Hosted by our talented events training students, expertly serviced by our hospitality students, and catered by our chef students. With 70 attendees, it was a delightful gathering that left everyone with a smile. We're excited about hosting more events like this in the future. A big THANK YOU to everyone who supported us! 🙌🥂
