Charlotte is currently completing her Pilates studies with and we’ve had the pleasure of watching her bring so much dedication and curiosity to her training. We’re excited to watch her continue to grow as she progresses through her studies, and we know she’ll make an incredible instructor.

As children grow, the physical demands placed on their bodies can change significantly. Whether they’re spending hours each week dancing or training for sport, navigating scoliosis or hypermobility, returning from an injury, or simply needing more individual support with their movement.

Our Children’s Private Studio sessions give children and teenagers aged 7–18 the opportunity to work one-to-one with an experienced Pilates practitioner in a program developed specifically for them.

Depending on the individual, sessions may focus on:
• Strength, coordination and balance
• Posture and body awareness
• Sports-specific strength and mobility
• Dance conditioning
• Hypermobility and joint stability
• Scoliosis-specific support (with a Scolio-Pilates trained practitioner)
• Injury rehabilitation and return to movement
• Building confidence and understanding of their body

Every child begins with an Initial Consultation so we can understand where they are now, what they need and what they’re working towards. From there, their instructor can develop and progressively adapt their program as they grow and develop.

Children’s Private Studio is now available at PFI in Myaree.

Breath is one of the core principles of Pilates, and is a reminder that sometimes, moving better begins with something as simple as how we breathe.

Movement during childhood lays the foundation for years to come. Our Children’s Private Pilates appointments are designed to support growing bodies with personalised, one-to-one guidance tailored to each child’s individual needs, goals and stage of development.

Whether they’re navigating a growth spurt, supporting their dance or sporting performance, managing scoliosis, recovering from an injury, or simply building strength, coordination and confidence in movement, every session is personalised by our experienced instructors.

Using the full Pilates apparatus, we create a program to help your child move well, build confidence and develop a greater understanding of their body.

Suitable for children and teenagers aged seven years and over.
