Started my day today teaching back to back yoga classes for a total of 60 students!!! Wowsers!!!
What delight!!!!!

So, usually this is the first Yoga Teacher Training that people do… then specialise. Not me!! I specialised first!! 🤦‍♀️ Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Hula Hoop Yoga…. Now!!! I can finally add the foundational Hatha Yoga Teacher training to my list. Yippee!!! Now I have 650 hours of training under my belt!!! Hooley Dooley!! Gosh I love my job!!

Glass holder brooches have come out of the kiln today…. $10 each if you would like to give one a home…..

Had some people comment on these cases… these are my handmade pottery muffin cups. I love them! The flowy design and the fact there is no Teflon in sight. Just spray or rub your fave spread…. Butter, nuttelex etc and they slide out a dream…. If you would like some they are $5 each or 6 for $25
