This week we celebrated World Bee Day and the important role bees play in sustaining life on our planet. 🐝✨

At Ascolta, we see a beautiful connection between bees and the children in our care. Both are essential, full of potential, and thrive in nurturing environments. 💛 (Fun Fact: this is why all of our rooms are named after bees! 🐝)

Our children enjoyed a range of experiences throughout the day, including sensory play, which was a huge hit, and creating their own bee hives through creative craft activities. These hands-on experiences encouraged curiosity, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world around us. 🌿🍯

Last Friday we celebrated the first birthday of our Singleton service! 🥳

What an incredible year it’s been! We’re so thankful to our children, families, educators and wider community for being part of this journey and helping make it so special. ✨

To celebrate, we enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon with cookie making, a bubble party, party sensory trays and face painting! 🎉🎉🎉

We have had an exciting week at Ascolta celebrating Lunar New Year!

Throughout the week, children explored hands on sensory experiences, creative crafts and opportunities to learn about the colours red and gold and what they represent in Chinese culture. ❤️💛

We also welcomed .lao.shi from to all services for a very special incursion including music, arts and crafts and basic language teaching. ✨

Last Friday we had a fun filled day filled with colour in support of , raising awareness for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. ❤️💙💛

We had a blast this week at Ascolta, learning about rockets, planets, and astronauts! 🪐🧑‍🚀

From fizzing planets and galaxy painting to sensory space trays and Earth collages, curiosity, creativity, and science came together for an out-of-this-world week! 🌍💫

🎉 Yesterday we celebrated Ascolta Duncraig turning 1! 🥳

A whole year has flown by since we opened our Duncraig service, and we are so grateful to our children, families, educators, and community for making it such a special journey. 💛

To mark the occasion, the children baked their own cupcakes for afternoon tea and enjoyed the sunshine during the First Kick Soccer incursion! ⚽🧁
