Jitterbugs is a creative, community

space to immerse in music and song. The focus is on participation and mutual enjoyment, rather than being entertained or expected to perform. We form a circle and sing, giggle and allow the music to carry us away for a little while. Throughout my 20years of working with young people as a singing teacher and in various music groups, I have observed the fascinating way music enhances natural human development. It provides a calming, cathartic, confidence building freedom of expression! This is especially evident in toddlers, as they begin to use more advanced language and refine their motor skills. There is current research linking music education for toddlers to development - self regulation, learning to read and improved social skills. Our small group sessions together will encourage your little ones to naturally explore the world around them - through different age appropriate instruments, a variety of music, nursery rhymes and rhythms. Mums, dads, grandparents - everyone is welcome on the Jitterbug rug. Please message me for more info or to book in!

Gosh I love Play School, absolute legends at work! 😍
I mean, I can be silly but I have real life kids to interact with each session. Imagine having to do these role-plays for an adult camera crew haha! 🤭
