For those who don’t know me, I’m Janice Li Chan 🙏

I wear a lot of hats - I’m a Chiropractor, Director, entrepreneur, mentor and now coach/facilitator. The labels don’t really matter, it doesn’t change who I am and what I’m here to do 🙌

This is my new platform to lean further into facilitating meaningful transformations, not only at a body level as a Chiropractor (which I LOVE), but also at the m

ind and soul level. ✨

I’m here to empower and enlighten myself and others to heal themselves - mind, body and soul - by connecting you to your innate wisdom and power 💜

My vision is to create a ripple effect of conscious souls that will leave a positive impact on the world. The types of coaching and services I provide include:

Excited to host my first women’s circle for 2026!

It’s definitely going to be worth the wait. Join me as we come together under the energy of the full moon to connect to ourselves and with each other as we nourish our mind, body and soul.

With grounding meditations, heart-opening cacao ceremony and somatic body work practices to help you drop into your body and connect with your heart and soul desires - this is the time and space you desire to fully nourish and care for yourself.

March is the season for tuning into our intuition and trusting the inner wisdom within us to guide us forwards. The full moon in Virgo and total lunar eclipse is asking us to reflect on what no longer serves us on our journey and release inner patterns that try to keep us in control, in doubt or constant striving. The total lunar eclipse in Virgo is asking us to surrender perfection and release the need to know everything before you move forward. This is the time to let go of what is cluttering our mind and start listening and trusting your inner compass. The themes for the month are trust, flow and aligned action.

December is the season for reflection, expansion and practicality. We’ll take the time to reflect on the year and all the growth and lessons learned so we can get clear on the intentions we want to set for 2026. The full moon will be in Gemini and it’s the third and final Supermoon of the year. We’ll explore the concepts of flexibility and adaptability whilst navigating the complexities of life.

November is the season of transformation and rebirth. It’s time to shed old layers, release what no longer serves us and embrace the opportunity for personal renewal. The full moon will be in Ta**us and the second Supermoon before the end of the year. We’ll explore the polarity between the tangible and intangible, the physical and metaphysical, the seen and unseen. The themes for the month are connection, meaningful encouters that go beyohd surface level, cycles and rebirth.

As some of you may know, I completed my post graduate diploma in Women’s Health earlier this year after one of the most intensive years of study since uni.

I am beyond excited to share all the amazing things I’ve learnt in a series of workshops addressing different aspects around women’s health and hormones.

This workshop is for women who have ever felt confused about their menstrual cycle and feel like they don’t know what’s going on with their period.

Maybe it changes month to month, it’s irregular, too frequent, super heavy, painful, you get bad headaches and migraines in the lead up, become super anxious, emotional and irritable. Maybe you don’t get a period at all or very infrequently.

Perhaps you have felt unheard and dismissed about your health and hormonal issues and it was just brushed off as “normal” period pain. That doesn’t have to be the case.
