Stopping drinking opened up a world I can’t remember even existed - I started drinking at 15. It was basically a part of who I was.

Since then I have become a health and wellness coach and I am halfway through my clinical hypnotherapy course. 1 year to go Yay!!

I have started my small business as a life and wellbeing coach.
I reduced my five day week to a four day week and got myself a new job.

Reading and learning is now a passion of mine.

I do know that if I was still drinking I wouldn’t have done any of the above and I would still be on my hamster wheel.

With or without drink in your life you truly can create amazing things.
You are so capable!!

Day 3 !!

When I was young I would never had imagined living in Australia!!

Yes, opportunities presented themselves to me and the fact that I was OPEN to change made me take action!!

It was tough to leave family and I knew they would be so so missed in the UK but I never looked back.
I didn’t have all the answers but I trusted the process!!

It was my time and I stepped into it!!

My family means everything to me!
They are my motivation ( my why) behind many decisions I have made over the last year or so.
