It takes time ⏳
There’s a few years between these photos, hundreds of gym sessions and lots of food but there is also days where I’m not motivated, I don’t train and I mess up!
Nothing will happen overnight but with time, consistency and effort nothing is impossible.
🏋🏽♀️ Lift with intention and intensity
Keep form in check and push to failure, this is where my physique really started to change!
🥩 Eat more protein
Aiming for 2g of protein per body weight kilo each day over several meals
🔑 Consistency
Consistency is key. Whether it’s training or nutrition there are going to be good days and bad days but stay consistent!
