Learning How Seeds Grow, Bunnings incursion!

Our little learners enjoyed a hands-on incursion where they discovered how seeds grow and what plants need to thrive. They had the opportunity to explore, plant, and learn while having lots of fun!

Crazy Hair Day Fun at Childcare!

Today, children came to childcare with their wildest, funniest, and most creative hairstyles!

From colourful curls to crazy spikes and imaginative creations, the children had so much fun showing off their unique styles. It was wonderful to see their confidence, creativity, and big smiles throughout the day.

Exploring Culture Through Sensory Play 🌿🖤💛❤️

This week, our children have been immersed in a variety of hands-on sensory experiences as part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations.

From exploring coloured rice sensory trays and creating with playdough, to using Aboriginal symbols in their learning, each activity encouraged creativity, curiosity, and meaningful conversations. Children also enjoyed our nature-inspired sensory basket filled with leaves, stones, sticks, grass, and other natural materials, using them to build Aboriginal-style shelters through imaginative play.

Nail Painting Fun!
The children explored colours, practised fine motor skills, and shared lots of smiles while expressing their own unique style. It is such a fun way to build confidence, creativity, and self-expression!
