Installing the right behaviours to chose from is integral to performing most optimally.

It's not what happens to you but how you react, and by having behaviours that that you can access to reach a resourceful state is what separates those succeeding in life and nthosr that don't.

Remember your circumstances aren't in your control but having a negative attitude is.

Feeling hungry is out of your control but binge eating sh*tty food is.

Being bored is out of your control but engaging in instant gratification is.

Most importantly one moves you forward and the other has you in the same position

Live life by design or by default

External events are always going to happen but how you react to them is in your control

By having a goal is going to dictate the way you react

Ever gone into the shop without a shopping list? Thats how 99% of the population live life.

On accident, floating through.

Take control of your life. Set a goal and have intention.

Our brain focuses on things that are important.

By having a goal it will start to filter out situations to show the best path to achieve it.

Success in any field isn't on accident, so make it happen.

Why S.M.A.R.T goals are BS

I bang on about this all the time but I stand by it

Different outcomes requires different thinking.

So when it comes to goal setting, aim high enough that it requires more from you.

If you miss the goal THATS OKAY - you try again

In the grand scheme of things you would still be farther along than if you were to aim lower and achieve the goal.

You are going to fail its part of the process.

So don't let the fear of failure deter you from going big

Failure is necessary if you are going to aim high.

You learn more from your failures than you do your successes.

So wouldn't it make sense to fail more?

RESULTS or REASONS

The biggest factor that has lead to my own successes in life is because I realised that excuses only sound good to me

I noticed that I could focus on either the reasons why I couldn't do something or HOW I could achieve something

It's all perspective.

Just chose the one that will get you the best results.

📡Tune in and turn off 📡

My time down south last week really highlights what the meaning behind this quote is.

If our thoughts💭 dictate our state of mind 🧠 and therefore behavior and then actions💥, wouldn't it be wise to protect what information you receive?

Having zero❌ use of social media except for content creation, I felt a greater connection to my highest self🙏

It made me realise how much of our lives is just white noise and distractions🥴

Being able to to listen to my own thoughts uninterrupted by influence enabled me to view my position in life with more clarity 🧘‍♂️

Already this week I can see the improvement in my goal setting and achievements ✅

We will take more inspired and consistent action when we are truly acting in accordance with our highest values 💪🏻

Sometimes the best information is already in your subconscious mind..😎

💥 3 reasons why you burnout 💥

1) not being clear on your values system 🧠

Your values are subconscious 🧬 belief systems that either drive you away or towards certain actions that will fulfil them. I.e health and wellbeing, family wealth creation etc....

Being unclear on why you make the decisions you do can lead you to acting upon other people or societies values that have no benefit to YOU and in turn are EXTREMELY draining.

2) Not eating enough food 🍲

I can gurantee you that majority of the population are not eating enough calories.

Being in a caloric defeciet 📉 means that you're using more calories than you're consuming. So how do you expect to take on a new skill and grow 💪🏻 to a new level if you literally don't even have enough fuel to keep your body performing it's most basic functions?

3) Having no goals ✅

Having no goals is like being a fish 🐟floating directionless in its bowl. A goal not only gives you direction but also meaning in your life.

Sometimes you just aren't excited 😏 enough and adopt a very passive state of mind.

As the saying goes when you do less, you do less. When you do more, you do more.....

Tips for overcoming these:

1) take note of how many calories you consume per day over a week and find whether you're over or under your BMR

2) message me for a free values assessment quiz to help identify your top 5 values.

3) ask yourself 1 thing that you'd love to do and break it down into 7 action steps that you can do over the next 4 week's.

📚The story you tell yourself📚

The other day a client and I were talking about our early adolescence 🎒

We were talking about how even though our behaviour back then would have consequently led to crime and disadvantage we still turned out vastly different 🏆

It got me thinking about why 🤔

What it comes down to is that you can either see your past as a reason for failure❌, or a reason for success✅

A thing I practice very often with my clients is the understanding that you are perfect🧬 as you are.

All your decisions are achievements🥂, whether you desired them or not.

This small but fundamental mindset 🧠 makes creating and maintaining💪🏻 change a lot easier
