🌟 Educators Day 2026 🌟
“The Future Starts With Us!” 💛

What better way to celebrate our incredible educators than by coming together, sharing stories and reflecting on the wonderful work they do each and every day.

We began our Educators’ Day celebrations last night at our staff meeting, where our Centre Director prepared a delicious dinner for our team to sit down, relax and enjoy together.
Our educators shared stories, memories and reflections on their time at Sagewood.

Today, to continue the celebrations, our educators were treated to some very special gifts from Sagewood and our wonderful families.

A heartfelt thank you to every one of our educators for the incredible work you do. Your patience, kindness, creativity, dedication and love help shape the children of today and, ultimately, the future.

We are so grateful for our amazing team and everything you do for our Sagewood community. 💛

Last week our team and Sagewood Early Learning Canning Vale and Sagewood Early Learning Success had the opportunity to participate in Positive Duty Training with Robert from Childcare Experts.

At Sagewood, creating a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and supported is something we are deeply committed to. Three years ago, Sagewood introduced Positive Duty Training to empower our educators to speak up, have open conversations and reflect on how our words and actions can impact those around us.

Building a strong team means understanding each other, showing kindness and working together to create a workplace where everyone feels they belong.

Thank you Rob for another valuable and engaging training session, we always appreciate the way you support our teams to grow and connect.

🦷 Daycare Dental Visit at Sagewood Canning Vale 🦷

Today our children enjoyed a visit from the dentist at Sagewood Canning Vale!

The dentist led a fun and engaging mat session where the children learned how to care for their teeth. They explored the importance of brushing their teeth, eating healthy foods, and visiting the dentist regularly to keep their smiles strong and healthy.

As apart of learning about health and wellbeing, the children also had the opportunity to have a dental check-up and teeth clean in a familiar and supportive environment.

These experiences help children build confidence while encouraging healthy habits from a young age, supporting Quality Area 2 – Children’s Health and Safety.
