***support group***
During the month of April I'll be launching a private group for people who want to lose weight, feel insecure about their body image and/or are trying to make lifestyle changes in regards to the same issue. My hope is that together as a community we can talk each other through tough times, give each other support, make some friends and have some fun (: if you think this fits you, send me a private message I'll add you to the group once I have enough numbers. I'm doing this out of my own spare time, so please don't waste what precious time I have to offer.

Life is all about balance, I'm guilty myself for putting too much stress on certain things (work, training, sport, social life) occasionally you need to just take 5 and spend some time with yourself, but when we stress we strain our mind and body to the extent where results slow right down. Sometimes we need to relax, refresh and re-energize!

I know I'm basically rambling now, but always remember to put yourself first, if you don't, who will?
