Hello everyone,

I’m quite pleased to share that I am facilitating a men’s class in July. It has been in my awareness for some time as something I’d like to do and move towards and feels like now is the time.

If you know of any men Who may benefit from a focus and exploration of the masculine, how we can heal, what is it to be a man in the modern world and how we can be better men all round then I’d be super grateful for sharing the post. This will potentially be an ongoing class running along side my general class.
