One of our favourite parts of the FFL Signature Program is the online Coaching Circles!

Louise and Ali had a blast leading the most recent session, focusing on helping participants take their social impact projects from big ideas into meaningful, practical action.

A highlight of the session was hearing from Abby Palmer-Smith, who helped connect each project to the bigger global picture through the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It was a powerful reminder that even the smallest ideas, when aligned to a clear purpose, can contribute to something much larger.

We were also joined by past participant Jasmine Gregory who shared her real-world experience of delivering a project while balancing school and life. Her advice was refreshingly simple- stay organised, take things step by step, and don’t be afraid to ask for support.

The key message from the session was clear: social impact projects don’t need to be overwhelming. They are bite-sized actions that bring big ideas to life. This is about learning, applying, and building confidence - not trying to solve everything at once.

Participants were encouraged to lean into the support around them- mentors, networks, and schools, and to stay on track by regularly reviewing their project roadmap and timelines.

The session was a great reminder that making an impact doesn’t start with having everything figured out, it starts with the drive and determination to do something, no matter how small.

Watch this space - there are some great Social Impact Projects coming to life!

✨ From shy beginnings to stepping into leadership ✨

Willow, a 2025 Future Female Leaders Signature Program graduate, is a powerful example of what happens when young women are given the opportunity, support and belief to step forward.

Her journey reflects more than personal growth. It shows the ripple effect of confidence, courage and community impact that continues well beyond the program.

Read Willow’s story in her own words by scrolling through the images.

To our investors, sponsors, mentors and everyone contributing to help our programs happen, this is the difference you make.

We’re really excited to announce our partnership with 🤍

A WA local not-for-profit organisation, Dress for Success is changing lives by helping women build confidence, overcome barriers, and create brighter futures.

At Future Female Leaders, we know that confidence is foundational to leadership - and often, it starts with how you feel in yourself.

Through this partnership:
✨ Our 2026 Signature Program participants will receive a one-on-one styling experience with a professional stylist
✨ Each participant will walk away with two complete outfits and a renewed sense of confidence
✨ Our wider community (mentors, investors, FFL Community, and alumnae) will have access to discounted styling sessions
Because when women feel confident, they give themselves permission to step forward into opportunities. And that changes everything.

We’re incredibly proud to partner with an organisation so deeply aligned with our mission and values, and to continue investing in the future of women across WA.

A few weeks ago, we hosted Off the Record in partnership with - and the conversations are still sitting with us.

From bias and identity to leadership and privilege, our panel created space for the conversations that don’t usually get said out loud - but should be.

Huge thank you again to our brilliant panellists Nancy Zhao, Emily Fogg and Utkarshaa Varshney. As well as our fantastic Event MC Karina Seng and Panel Host Emma Burdett.

Do conversations like this resonate with you? Because we’re doing it again soon.

A huge thank you to those who tuned into our Style with Intention Lunch & Learn Masterclass 🤍

Such a powerful reminder that confidence doesn’t come from having more clothes - it comes from understanding what works for you.

A few takeaways we’re still thinking about:
> Your body is not the problem. Clothes are meant to fit you—not the other way around.
> Keep it simple with a few strong capsule pieces and elevate with statement accessories
> Not sure how formal to go? Start elevated, then read the room

A huge thank you to Janean Evans and Dress for Success WA for sharing such practical, empowering insights with our community.

And if you’re keen to stay connected and keep learning, we’ve got more coming up:
