Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well. I am writing to let you know that unfortunately all Braveheart Institute services will be unavailable for the next six months. I need to take a sabbatical to deal with some personal family matters.

This sabbatical will also hopefully give me time to finish the last module of the Conscious Manifestation course.

I look forward to returning mid-year, refocused and rejuvenated, to take the business to the next level.

I am very excited to announce that the fourth module, The Land of Magic, in my Conscious Manifestation series, is now available!

This module looks at our higher state templates and reminds us that each one of us has access to an innate knowledge of what we truly need to make us feel happy and fulfilled and to guide us through our life. The module takes you through many ways to access this inner knowledge and help us deepen and strengthen this connection.

The average brain receives roughly 40 million units of information per second, and this information is automatically filtered down to roughly 40 units per second. We have seen a massive increase in the information load that modern people have to process, and this can cause feelings of overload and overwhelm!

The Finding Clarity meditation aims to take you into a meditative space to help the brain find the important pieces of information that would normally be lost in our daily sensory overload!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my clients for their support, kindness and hard work over 2024. I have had the opportunity to support people through some significant and amazing changes and challenges this year and I always feel blessed to be able to help.

Hogmanay (New Year) is a very special celebration in Scotland and is a pagan celebration marking the transition from the old to the new. It is a great time to take space and review everything you have accomplished this year and focus on your intentions for next year.

This year, Ian completed training in the Neuro-Change and Neuro-Health (Mental Health) education programs and has just completed the third and final Neuro-Change course in Transcendence. He plans to teach these courses live throughout 2025.
