That’s completely understandable — having a baby waking you up at night is exhausting in ways few things are. You’re running on very little sleep and still trying to keep up at work. That’s an incredibly hard combo, and you’re not alone in feeling like you can’t function.
Book in a free 15 min call through my bio, I would love to chat.

Do you have picky kids? Try the multiple choice taco dinner. Hide all those veggies and fruit in the mince meat. Add carrots, zucchini, apple, mushrooms and onion. Grate as much as you can (if your kids don’t like the look of anything colourful). Kids love the taco shells, grated cheese and simply making a mess!😆
Keep in mind, when offering kids protein with every meal this gives them a longer lasting sense of fullness. This also helps the blood sugar regulation which contributes towards healthy sleep. This is why I offer nutrition advice with every sleep package.🤍

Is it time or is it not time? This is a big transition for our little ones.❤️ We just need to make sure our little ones are ready for the big change. I recommend to make this transition as close as you can to the age of 3. At this age they start to understand limitations that come with the move. Around 3 years of age they start to understand expectations and rewards when staying in the new bed, this is the fun part!!🤩

As long as they are happy right?🫠
Are you ready to give up co sleeping?
Did you know there are safety risks when bed-sharing with your baby or toddler, which is why the AAP advise against this. Plus, co-sleeping with a baby that can roll, crawl or move off the bed presents an even bigger challenge.
Babies and toddlers sleep best when their safe sleep space has boundaries. Parents sleep and feel better from the peace of mind they get knowing their baby is safe.
Age for transition? If you’re ready to get your baby or toddler happily falling asleep on their own and sleeping all night in the cot, then tonight is the best age.🙌🏻
If you’re ready to stop co-sleeping and transition your baby or toddler to a cot you’re in the right place. Let me help you with this gentle transition. You will be surprised how quickly bub will enjoy his/her own safe sleep space.🤍

✈️Travelling anytime soon?✈️
I am currently renting out the Mountain Buggy Nano, Plane Pal Kit, Cozigo and GRO blind through Naptime Nolan Sleep Solutions. Hire now in Perth through a genuine family business with large stock available.🙌🏻
The Mountain Nano buggy has the ability to compact fold into its own custom-made satchel, in the overhead luggage compartment on the plane. YES ON THE PLANE! The nano can come on board with you and your family. This will save you waiting around at the airport during silly hours with no pram.
The nano is the ultimate travel pram that helps the travel experience for parents to be much more pleasant and convenient.
Most airlines take the pram as is when storing in the overhead compartment, if it measures outside the airline’s limits the small wheels simply click out.
Always check with your airline before hiring in case they have any restrictions in place.
The pram also provides dual functionality to take your car seat capsule with its built-in car seat adaptors (no need to purchase extra accessories).

✨If you have a newborn, hit save!✨
Are you wondering why your newborn has gone from settling easy, having nice long stretches of sleep to now screaming and cat napping?😅
Yes welcome to the 4 month sleep regression.🙌🏻 Keep in mind this period doesn’t last forever and it’s a perfectly normal stage of your little ones progression. In a few weeks bub should be back on track and you can help by offering early bedtimes, follow his/her awake time and help your little one resettle back to sleep.🤍

What nutrients do children need?🤔
Nutrition is so important for all ages.
An easy way for children to get all the nutrients they need is for us to choose healthy foods for them to eat.
Let’s choose Lean protein sources such as poultry, seafood, beans, nuts and seeds.
Eat fresh or frozen veggies and fruit every day.
If frozen make sure no sugars or preservatives are added.
Choose whole grain foods such as breads, cereal and pastas that are high in fibre.
Look for low fat dairy products when having milk, cheese and yoghurts for the whole family. The American Academy of Paediatrics recommends whole milk for babies between 1-2years.
It’s also important to limit added and refined sugars, refined grains, sodium, fats, saturated fats and foods that are low in nutrients.
Teach the importance of healthy eating to your little one. The more they understand the more they become excited about eating healthy foods. This will establish healthy eating habits which all contributes towards healthy sleeping habits.🤍
All my sleep packages and guides include nutrition advice for the appropriate age group.
Happy eating & sleeping x
Want your school to be the top-listed School/college in Perth?
Sleep!! Who knew what sleep deprivation really was until you became pregnant and had your first child...
My name is Stephanie and I am a Certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant. I support infants and children with sleep needs up to the age of 4. I am originally from the UK, my husband is from Ireland and we are blessed with having our beautiful 19 month old daughter Macie. Australia is our home and YES it’s hard with no immediate family around to support you. Especially when you have your own children, who is the 1 person you need around – MUM!
At the beginning of our sweet little bub’s life, I had no clue on what we were in for. We had issues with feeding, colic, hitting the 4-month sleep regression and literally having NO SLEEP. I then became sleep deprived and started walking around like a ‘mombie’. Everyone was telling me that ‘babies just don’t sleep, so get used to it’. That was something that didn’t sit well with me especially after the new born stage. I needed my energy back and to enjoy every minute of parenting. I wanted to see my little girl blossom without being so tired and grumpy. So, I started to google and read up on baby sleep problems. I learnt a lot, but WOW so much conflicting information out there, different authors have different opinions on sleep and so many contrasting routine examples, it was all so overwhelming. Whenever Macie did close her eyes, I persisted with my research desperate for a solution. After a good few months, I managed to get my little girl into a good routine from 5 months and she finally slept through the night and still does until this day. After seeing Macie so content and sleeping beautifully, myself having the energy to go back to the gym and catch up with friends. I thought to myself... surely there must be a quicker solution to help other parents without all the googling and reading at every possible chance. I was keen to learn more which led me to pursuing a career as a certified sleep consultant.
After undergoing extensive training, I finally found my passion in life, which is supporting families to get the sleep they deserve.
In order to develop healthier sleep habits, I factor in your little one’s age, health, temperament, development, nutrition and parenting preferences. My sleep assessments are designed to be holistic, comprehensive, and provide you with an easy-to-follow sleep plan, with a strong focus on emotional wellness whilst using a calm, personal and gentle approach.
Sleep deprivation affects everyone. Babies and children’s mental and physical development is affected, their attention span may suffer and if they don’t learn how to sleep as babies these sleepless nights may continue for many years. Parents may struggle with having the patience and energy to be the parents they want to be, not to mention the pressure it puts on relationships and mental health.
Let me help and show you that with a few simple changes and my full support you too can be sleeping soundly night after night, have your evenings back, maintain stronger relationships as well as provide some predictability and structure to your day.
