Last week, we had the opportunity to be guests for the "On The Couch" conversation for Pride Month with the team at .coop
What stood out the most wasn't the rainbow balloons, the stage setup (Ashara reckons the couch was comfy by the way) or even the turnout (which was impressive).

People leaned in.
People asked questions.
People wanted to understand experiences different from their own.
Weren't noticing something shifting.
The most effective organisations aren't trying to become experts overnight. They're creating environments where people feel comfortable enough to learn. Because inclusion isn't built through perfect language or having all the answers.
It's built when people are willing to ask questions, listen to different perspectives, challenge assumptions and stay in conversations, even when they're uncomfortable.
That's where real change happens.
Thank you to Capricorn for creating space for honest conversations and recognising that inclusion isn't just about who is in the room - it's about how people experience being in the room.
This is the kind of action that continues to drive our work.
