When someone we love dies, it’s intense. Heck, it’s torture. Our world is thrown into chaos and disarray. We can be in gratitude and love for having known them one moment and catapulted into the depths of despair and hopelessness in the next... and sometimes that’s where we stay.

Grief is relentless.

Did you know…grief is universal?

Did you know…your response to the loss is perfectly normal?

Did you know…you are not alone?

Our society isolates those in grief because it doesn’t suit our happiness obsessed and production-based culture.

In this circle we will come together to share in our experiences, to have our pain witnessed, to express our feelings, to integrate the pain and the love and to find meaning in life after loss.

HOW:
Through the power of sharing.
Through the medicine of movement, breath and sound.
Through the beauty of ritual.
Through a continued connection meditation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A pillow;
A pad and pen;
A photo of your person/s that you grieve and/ or something that symbolizes them (if you need help with what to bring, please reach out to me for suggestions);
Clothes you can move freely in;
A drink bottle.

What are you manifesting on today of all days??

This was a powerful download today.
The universe was giving me some clear guidance today!!

I hereby set the intention to connect on a heart level.

I am calling in unconditional love from above.

I receive love.

I give from a space of authenticity and deep love.

I am calling in reciprocal nourishing heart to heart relationships where each is seen, loved and deeply held.

I am calling in healing on all levels for me and for all.

I release self doubt.

I release the need to live for others.

I release the tendency to please others at the cost of my truth and my needs.
