If our education system is :-
1. Primary school- Language and general
2. LSS Level- way to skilling
3. High school - Fully equipped them with skill jobs that are needed in our economic growth like that of Australia.
4. College and University level - Those students who are excellent in study can take up the jobs like doctor, engineer, management, administrative, & all. Here, recruitment committees should filter and only the competent should be on board. Self finance and bias candidates should not be entertained with clear guidelines and criteria.
Note:- The whole resources are wasted on expecting cabbages from chilli garden. We force our students to learn which they lack interest and knowledge. Teach and make them learn where their strengths and talents are.
