9am-9:45am: Jasmine Lee Segler from active eating
10:15-11:15: Brendan Kennedy Sn**ch workshop
11:30-12:00: what is CrossFit seminar
12:00 onwards quiz and activities with prizes to be won!
We are also offering a free session tomorrow at 7:45AM before the workshop it’s an all in session with coaches all attending (must have some CrossFit experience)

Programming consistency!
Whilst our WOD’s are different every week. Our strength component is the same every week.
Monday: Squats
Tuesday: Gymnastics practice and sn**ch
Wednesdays: Clean + Jerk
Thursdays: Lower body accessories
Fridays: upper body accessories
For the members that train 2-3 times to week, but train on the same days I.e Monday, Wednesday, Friday. They’re able to make more solid gains on those particular lifts, compared to a random set of workouts by using an external programming source.
Way harder to nail exercises like cleans if you’re doing them once every 3-4 weeks.

We know our members best! This is why all the programs are done by the coaches here!
We know what as a collective we need to work on and what we need to do to get the best out of our members.
Whilst outsourcing our programming would save time, it won’t do our members the service they deserve, as those outsourcing don’t know our members like we do and what they need.

Our classes are one hour long and only 15 minutes of that class is dedicated to the WOD or conditioning.
The rest of the class is focusing on warm ups, movement, skills and technique.
The weird and ‘daft’ s**t people often see are highly skilled athletes doing competitions.
Those skills you see them perform come from hours and hours of technique, skill work and movement.
If you’re still not convinced and still think CrossFit is stupid and too hard, come down for yourself and we will change your mind 💪💪
Technique and movement always comes first 😊
Butterfly pull ups are awesome. But not for everyone!

Something more motivating about tomorrow being the first day of the month and it being a Monday!
Whilst being motivated isn’t going to get you the long term results, being motivated maybe can kickstart a good habit to lead you to be more disciplined 💪
