We have been busy getting ready for Mother’s Day!

This week, the children lovingly made beautiful flowers, chocolate treats, and decorated special jars just for their mums. They also enjoyed picking fresh fruit to add an extra thoughtful touch to their gifts.

It was such a joy watching their creativity, excitement, and love shine through in every handmade surprise. We can’t wait for all our wonderful mums to see the special gifts made just for them

🌸🐰 Getting ready for Easter fun at daycare! 🐣🌼

Our little learners have been busy exploring our Easter-themed sensory table—filled with colorful eggs, fluffy “grass,” and lots of hands-on activities. From scooping and sorting to imaginative play, the excitement is already building! 💛

We’ve also been enjoying our special handmade storybook, “Lily the Little Easter Bunny,” created together by the children—making storytime extra meaningful as we count down to the big day. 📖✨

We can’t wait for all the Easter fun ahead! 🐇🥚💐

Wow what an amazing week we have had! This week was Harmony Week and we spent the week celebrating together with lots of arts and craft, yummy food and learning about different cultures. The highlight was our Harmony Day picnic, with lots of activities set up outside and our favourite toys from home joining us for the fun!

Happy Diwali Everyone!

We have had a wonderful time in the past week getting into the spirit of Diwali together!

We've had so much fun creating a beautiful rangoli using colourful pattern blocks and paper flowers, making our own clay diyas, and a bright and festive paper banner to decorate our daycare.

We hope this Diwali brought you and your family as much love, light and laughter as it did ours!

This week we have been busy in our preparations to celebrate the Moon Festival (aka the Mid-Autumn Festival)! We've had lots of fun decorating our play area with lanterns and learning about the story behind the Moon Festival- we even made our very own book about it for the daycare!

We also made some mooncakes with a little twist, using biscuits and condensed milk to make yummy treats to enjoy together!

This week was NAIDOC Week, and we had lots of fun celebrating together.

The kids were very enthusiastic and immersed themselves in all of our planned activities, from dot painting, story telling to decorating the play area. We made a little bonfire and cultural display in the playarea, complete with special artwork and cards to help us learn to count to 10 in Noongar and tell Dreamtime stories like Tiddalick the Frog.
