Great day out at the monthly FAST TRACK Recruitment Session at Frankland Park Sporting & Community Facility.

WARCA courses are a great way to learn, connect and support your mental health and wellbeing in a welcoming, community-based space.

Free online courses are coming up with WA Recovery College.
These welcoming sessions are a chance to learn, reflect and build practical tools for wellbeing from wherever you are.
Courses include decluttering, colour and self-expression, stress management for parents and carers, inner wisdom, mental health conversations across cultures, boundaries, and navigating social connection as an empath.
Bookings are free but places are limited.
