Tuesday โ Hyper (M) 108: Foundational hypertrophy training that challenges stability across all planes of motion, reinforcing controlled reps, muscular tension and strong positional awareness.
Wednesday โ Cardio U (A) 164: Aerobic conditioning with changing work-to-rest ratios, designed to improve heart rate control, pacing strategy and efficient movement under longer efforts.
Thursday โ Strength (UB) 468: Upper body strength progression centred on building load across sets while maintaining strict pressing and pulling mechanics.

Ethan just smashed into the 250 club and we couldnโt be more pumped! He brings the energy every single session and never backs off. Even with a brand new addition to the family, heโs still locking in that 5.15am class like a machine. Huge respect and massive congrats Ethan, earned every bit of it ๐ฅ
