The last piece of Science Week (using up leftover seeds). Today we experimented making birdseed feeders. With a lovely sticky mixture now we need to wait for them to dry… 🦜

What a great addition to our book week celebration- today we were fortunate to have Miss Nat from Branxholme Wallacedale Community School share her family possum skin cloak with us. She explained the story and history of this cloak and read the new book Possum Skin Cloak, by Aunty Fay Muir &Sue Lawson. The students had the opportunity to try the cloak on (with family permission granted). The three schools and Country Education Partnership were also gifted a possum skin that has been burnt with our Tappoc Cluster story. A very special gift and experience. Thank you to Nat for sharing!

Tomorrow we are off to Branxholme Wallacedale Community School to celebrate Book Week. The bus will be leaving school at 9:00am sharp. We are looking forward to seeing lots of book characters arrive at school in the morning.

The Tappoc Cluster warmly invites all parents, carers and community members to our Book Week parade, book reading and morning tea at Branxholme Wallacedale Community School.

Thank you so much Nurture Beyond - Yoga for Kids and Teens for our yoga sessions this term. Our students have loved these sessions, we will definitely be booking more in the future!
