✨ Festive Season Reminder ✨

Give yourself some grace this festive season.

So many people (🙋‍♀️ myself included) get stuck in their heads thinking about the “blowout” over Christmas and New Year, and how hard they’ll have to work to undo it afterwards.

Here’s your permission slip to relax and enjoy yourself.

You’ve spent the better part of this year showing up, working hard, and building results. A few weeks of celebrations isn’t going to undo that. And even if things shift a little — it's ok!

You already know how to get back into your routine. You’ll return refreshed, maybe with new goals, and you’ll get back to where you were (and then some).

Enjoy the moments. Enjoy the food. Enjoy the season.

Here I am day 1 of my cycle. I feel tired, heavy and my body doesn't want to move. As planned I headed to the gym to train💪

I had resigned myself to the fact that there was absolutely no way I was lifting anything too heavy and I wasn't going to be jumping around(feeling with each movement like my insides would fall out). I changed my workout to suit how I felt. Lighter weights + higher reps + slower tempo and then to finish with stretching.

It isn't always about smashing yourself, learn to feel into what your body wants/needs. It also doesn't mean that you give up on those too hard days and do nothing.

Lately, my journey has been about so much more than lifting heavier, running faster, or pushing harder in the gym. 💪

It’s about aligning my mind, body, and spirit.
It’s about showing up for me—through the good days, the challenges, and the breakthroughs.
It’s about healing old stories, trusting the process, and proving to myself that I am capable of evolving on every level. 🌱

Fitness isn’t just physical—it’s deeply spiritual and psychological too. Every rep, every set, every bead of sweat is a reminder that I’m building strength inside and out.

This is why I created K-Lee Fit: to help others not only transform their bodies but also reconnect with their power, confidence, and self-belief.

You are never too old to learn a new skill ✨️✨️

After doing months of healing, something which we never stop doing, some of my old goals have come up. One of them being learn to drive a manual 🚘 Since the moment I went for my L's I always wanted to drive a manual (Thanks to wanting to drive like they do in F&F). I then started putting my goals last and everyone else before me. I totally forgot about this goal.

Thank you to my special someone for actually giving me the chance to learn the skill of driving a manual. For my first time it actually wasn't too bad 😆
