Kids Kickboxing (Ages 7-14): A high-energy blend of fitness and self-defense, enhancing confidence, agility, and strength in a safe environment. Adults Kung Fu (Ages 15+): Empowers individuals through traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, promoting physical and mental well-being. Adults Kickboxing (Ages 15+): Also known as Sanda, this program enhances physical fitness and self-defense skills for all experience levels. Tai Chi (Ages 15+): Offers a peaceful retreat focusing on balance, flexibility, and inner peace through gentle, flowing movements. Expert Instructors: Led by Chief Instructor Sifu David Greenland, a 32nd generation Shaolin disciple with over 34 years of martial arts experience, and Head Coach Riley, our team is dedicated to guiding students on their individual journeys.
