Bread butter and cheese class today was so much fun. We had a full class, loads of techniques, hands on fun and of course and side order of shenanigans! We made a white loaf of crusty bread, a fruit loaf, ricotta, cream cheese, labneh, spinach and ricotta followed scrolls, and a cheesecake in a glass for dessert! ……..then we ate it! Bahaha 🤣 lovely folks travelled from caramut, warrnambool, Kingston and local. I’m so grateful for the effort people go to, to come to a class. 🥰

That was such a delicious class! Thai Cooking Feast. Yum and it all came together so quickly. I forgot to photograph the coconut and vanilla panacotta with mango! It was a delightful end to a wonderful evening.
