Little Kindy Penguin are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Extraordinaire who is ready to work collaboratively in leading a small team of child focused Educators.
Located in the beautiful town of Penguin on the North West Coast, our yard overlooks the mountains of the Dial Range, sparking many conversations with the children about what might live in the mountains and how you get to the tippy top!
We're a small service with a warm, nurturing environment full of curiosity, cooperative learning, and community.
We offer a semi-permanent rostering system with a focus on consistency for staff, children, and families, an above average amount of planning time, and flexibility when you need it most.
We're searching for a Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to work directly with children and Educators in a leadership role. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 12 months experience in the early years sector.
