Italians just know!

Part of our name, the “cultured” part, refers to our influence from our Italian roots.

How culture influences food styles and skill sets and philosophies everywhere.

How the cultural aspect of eating is so imperative to transform Australians’ relationship to food & produce.

We want to rebuild the way you cook, eat & connect to food through sharing knowledge passed down through generations of foodies the curation of fun, chilled dining experiences that take the w**k out of showcasing local ingredients.

Pretty little moments.

There's something about the way the light hits and how the air sits when I'm tinkering away in my kitchen that feels so beautiful, in all of the simplicity.

I'm so grateful to have such a beautiful space to create now after many years of not.

Aesthetics are important to me. I need my space to be beautiful or I feel I can't make my art.

And that's what food is for me.
