PPS is proud to partner with the Food Bank to hold breakfast club for the school community on Thursday and Friday mornings. The breakfast club is run by Ms Jessep and grade 5 and 6 student volunteers, offering toast, cereal and fruit to all that attend. The Food Bank also provides us with enough fruit to offer students throughout the week. Fun fact: each week we go through over 100kgs of fruit and 16 loaves of bread - all donated through the Food Bank!

Today we celebrated 100 Days of School for our Foundation students! It was a fantastic day filled with fun and reflection. When students were asked about their highlights from the past 100 days, answers included: “everything!”, “playing on the middle playground!”, “seeing my teacher!”, “free time!”, “P.E!”, “Art!”, “Auslan!”, “STEM!”, “lunch time!”, “Performing Arts!”, “snack time!”, “learning!”… and many more gorgeous answers. It is so amazing to watch the growth and progress of the Foundation students in 100 days and we can’t wait to watch them continue to blossom throughout the rest of the year 😍

Great racing today for our Purple and Red Human Powered Vehicle teams at Sandown! So much fun!
The Purple Piranhas finished 5th and the Red Piranhas finished 6th in the Junior Section. Go PPS!! 👏

Our Grade 5 and 6 Snow Camp kids have just finished their second day of skiing with everyone now able to ski! An awesome achievement to see our pink ski vests zipping around everywhere.
Some children finished the day off with a snowball “fight”, with Mr A the big loser!!
Another full day of skiing tomorrow before heading home. They will sleep well tonight… hopefully!

A REMINDER - 2027 FOUNDATION enrolments applications close on Friday 31st July 2026.

Our school now uses the Department of Education’s secure digital enrolment system called VicStudents. This means you can submit your Foundation (Prep) application online and receive updates through the system. If you have any questions about the online enrolment process, please contact our school.

To get started
Visit https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/ sign in with a Service Victoria account to complete the online application form by Friday 31 July 2026. If you would prefer to submit a paper application form, please contact us.

We will then review the information submitted and be in contact with you between Monday 3 August and Friday 14 August 2026 (for applications submitted by the due date of 31 July 2026).
