Nei Li Kung Fu School (功夫館) He has been training in martial arts for 25 years and has been instructing for 23 of those years.

NLKF Martial Arts Centre (NEl LI Kung-Fu) was founded in October 1995 commencing classes at the Hurstville Aquatic Centre in January 1996, and then moving to Peakhurst Business Park in January 2003. NEI LI is owned and operated by Alex Morelli who is also the Head Instructor

Alex is currently graded at Gold Sash Masters Degree in NEI LI Kung-Fu. He is a Qualified Fitness Instructor with NSW Fitn

ess, and also a Qualified Fitness Coach with NCAS including St. John’s Ambulance First Aid Certificate. The school is also a member of the Australian Kung-Fu (Wu Shu) Federation Limited

The style that is taught is based on the three internal forms of Kung-Fu, Tai Chi, Pa-Qua and Hsing-I. As each student develops their skills and fitness they progress through a grading system which takes them from White Belt through to Gold Sash Masters Degree. In the lower grades much time is spent on developing fitness and practical Self-Defense skills. As students progress and become more confident they are introduced to more complex techniques and other skills such as, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Acupressure, Hypnosis, Mind and Emotion Control Techniques and Weapon Training. These are all a key part in the development of each student and are just some of the techniques that make up traditional Internal Kung-Fu

What makes Martial Arts Training so unique is its ability to provide you ongoing personal challenges year after year. After a few months training you will start to notice the positive changes physically, mentally and in your self confidence. Physically we focus on, Core, upper and lower body Strength, Speed, Endurance, Flexibility with a combination of Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises. Mentally you will learn how to better focus, relax, and reduce stress, better control your emotions and deal with stressful and sometimes threatening situations

All ages and sexes are catered for but it is recommended that children commence around the age of five, with seniors welcome at all ages. It is requested that people over the age of 35 or with any previous serious health condition or injury seek a physical examination with their doctor before commencing
