The construction industry needs more qualified trainers and assessors, and CITB’s tradie2trainer Accelerate program is designed to help experienced South Australian tradespeople take that next step.

The program supports eligible participants to work towards the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and transition into trainer and assessor roles, helping pass valuable industry knowledge on to the next generation.

The tradie2trainer Accelerate scholarship can help you get off the tools and stay in the industry. By becoming a construction or clean energy trainer and assessor, you'll use your skills and experience to train the next generation.

Delivered by Auctus Training Institute (RTO 40879), on completion you'll walk away with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, plus there's $2,000 completion incentive for eligible participants.

One last class. Plenty to celebrate. 🎓💚

Choosing to study in another country takes courage. Continuing to grow, progress and aim higher takes determination.

Today, we proudly celebrate international student Jiachen Lyu and the remarkable pathway she is building in Australia.

Jiachen began her journey with the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). She then progressed to and completed the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support.

Now, she is preparing to take her next major step into the CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services.

This is more than completing qualifications. It is a story of ambition, resilience and a clear commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
