We’ve watched you turn up time and time again, put in the work, have a crack at every session and somehow keep finding another gear when you think you’ve got nothing left.

And even at this stage, you’re still showing us what it means to just get on with it and get it done. The effort you continue to put in, the way you attack your training and the fact that you keep showing up week after week is something pretty special.

1000 sessions is a bloody massive achievement, and one you should be incredibly proud of.

A MASSIVE congratulations to this legend for reaching the 250 club 👏

She’s overcome plenty along the way, including previous back and shoulder issues, and has worked incredibly hard to build her strength, confidence and consistency through both training and recovery.

What stands out most is her willingness to keep learning, keep improving and keep showing up. She’s embraced the process, listened to her body, and put in the work to keep moving forward.

250 sessions is a huge achievement, and it’s been awesome watching the progress along the way. Here’s to the next milestone! 🥳💪
