The Elite Band is putting in the final touches tonight ahead of Band Together Day, tomorrow in Parramatta Square from 12–2pm.
We’ll feature live performances, student art, and virtual collaborations with bands from Uganda, the UK, and Italy, along with artwork from students in America on how music makes us feel.

Girraween High School opened the Gala Night Performance of the Band Together Festival with an unforgettable performance of The Best of James Bond. A bold and iconic start that set the stage for a beautiful evening of music! 🎶🎺

We were thrilled to have these legends close out the Band Together Festival with their signature energy and heart. More than just performers, Hot Potato Band are passionate advocates for music education and inspiring the next generation of young musicians.
While they’re currently on tour in Europe (yes, international super stars ⭐️) we’re so grateful they made time to be part of our festival here in Western Sydney.
To help us select the Gala Performance Bands, we asked schools to submit their version of HPB’s own Mystery Man. These chosen bands not only performed at the Gala Night Concert, but also got to join Hot Potato Band on stage to close out the show.
