Macarthur Girls High School is situated on the Parramatta River next to Parramatta City. The school was founded in 1934 on a parcel of land which was part of the second oldest land grant in Australia. ๐ Tuesday โ Spin-the-Wheel Trivia in the Quad | Prizes to be won!
๐๐บ Thursday โ Multicultural Day Performances - Students may wear cultural attire, country colours or orange clothing (with enclosed shoes). Gold coin donation required for all out-of-uniform students.
๐ฑ๐ฎ Friday โ Food Stalls - offering Gulab Jamun, Chips & Salsa, Mochi and Jelly Sticks under COLA at lunch! Students must bring the correct amount of cash.
A reminder that all outfits must follow school dress expectations: No exposed midriffs, short shorts/skirts, backless tops, ripped jeans, leggings, inappropriate slogans, Ugg boots or open shoes.

๐๏ธ Our Year 10 students participated in the Girls in Property Program, hearing from industry professionals about career opportunities for women in property, planning, design, and trades in the panel discussion.
Students then visited Parkline Place to explore the integration of the Gadigal Metro and Sydney CBD development.

Some of our senior student ambassadors attended the Parramatta City Councilโs National Sorry Day Event today. They engaged in a range of talks and workshops aimed at developing their understanding of the significance of Aboriginal experiences.
