Burnside Public School P and C Burnside PS P & C believe it takes lots of parents working together in different ways to provide the best support for our kids and our school.

This page is a way for parents to communicate about relevant school events, fundraise and support our school. The P & C at Burnside exists to support the school in providing the best learning and social environment for our children at school. Both the school and the P & C believe that parents have a right and a responsibility to play an active role in the education of their children. The opportuni

ty for this to occur includes participation in educational decision-making, administration and school financial matters and the after hours use of school facilities. This page is intended as a way for parents to link together, communicate about relevant school events and further the work of the P & C in fundraising for the school and working with the school to support our children.

Father’s Day Stall - Thursday 4 September 💚💛

🎁 Our annual Father’s Day Stall is almost here!

🎁 Gifts are just $5 each. 💵 Please bring cash on the day.

* Two gifts per student initially
* If gifts remain, students will have the opportunity to purchase a third gift for an additional $5

🙋 Parent volunteers needed!

We’re looking for a few helping hands between 8:00 am and 11:00 am to help set up and run the stall.

Even if you can only spare an hour, we’d love your help. It’s a wonderful way to support our students and be part of our amazing Burnside community.

☕📚 Thank you to our wonderful Burnside P&C for providing the coffee cart and morning tea at this year’s Book Parade.

It was lovely to see so many families stop by for a coffee, morning tea and a chat before enjoying the Book Parade.

A big thank you to everyone who visited the P&C coffee cart and to our amazing volunteers who helped make the morning possible. Events like these are a great reminder of what makes Burnside such a welcoming and connected school community. 💚

💚 What a wonderful evening! 🤠

Our Bush Dance was a fantastic celebration of the Burnside community, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of so many people.

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers who gave their time before, during and after the event. From setting up bunting, lights and decorations, to running the sausage sizzle, cake stall and packing everything away at the end of the night - every helping hand made a difference.

Thank you to our families who donated delicious treats for the cake stall, our teachers and staff for their support, our students for bringing so much energy to the dance floor, and everyone who came along to enjoy the evening.

A special mention to our four-legged guest Le Bron, who was a big hit with children and adults alike! 🐑💚

Most of all, thank you for making Burnside such a welcoming and connected community. We hope you created wonderful memories with family and friends, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Thank you for supporting the Healthy Harold Breakfast! 🍎🥣

A huge thank you to all the wonderful parents and volunteers who helped prepare, set up and serve at the Healthy Harold Breakfast.

It was a fantastic morning, and judging by how little was left over, the students thoroughly enjoyed the healthy spread on offer!
