Please note that the school will have a break next Saturday, 30 May 2026, to give families time to celebrate this special occasion together. We look forward to welcoming everyone back the following Saturday, Insha’Allah.

*School App Update Now Available*

Dear parents and carers,

We are excited to let you know that a new version of our school app is now available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The update provides a much-improved experience, including a clearer interface, better performance, and easier access to homework and school updates.

As this is the first release of the refreshed app, you may be prompted to update the app as we fix any issues, improve compatibility with different devices, and respond to feedback from families.

Please update the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you have the latest version.

Reminder: Classes Resume Tomorrow + Eid Celebration

Assalamu alaikum dear respected parents and families,

Just a friendly reminder that classes will resume tomorrow, Saturday 28 March, and our school hours will return to the normal time of 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Eid Celebration

We will also be having a small Eid celebration during the morning assembly, and parents are warmly invited to join us and share this special moment with the children before they head to their classes.

There will be sweets and lollies to share with students and parents, and we hope many of you can join us to celebrate Eid together as a school community.

Quran Competition

Students who registered for the Qur’an memorisation competition will be called to recite what they have memorised, inshallah. The recitations will take place during class time throughout the day.

We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow, inshallah.

احتفال العيد

كما نذكركم أننا سنقيم احتفالًا بسيطًا بالعيد خلال الطابور الصباحي، ويسعدنا حضور ومشاركة أولياء الأمور هذه اللحظة الجميلة مع الأطفال قبل توجههم إلى صفوفهم.

سيكون هناك بعض الحلوى والضيافة لمشاركتها مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور احتفالًا بهذه المناسبة المباركة.

مسابقة حفظ القرآن الكريم

سيقوم الطلاب المسجلون في مسابقة حفظ القرآن الكريم بتسميع ما حفظوه بإذن الله خلال اليوم الدراسي.

As we come to the end of the blessed month of Ramadan and with Eid approaching this week, we would like to let you know that we will be taking the day off on Saturday 21 March to allow families to spend this special time together. We ask Allah to accept your fasting, prayers and good deeds, and to bless your families with a joyful and peaceful Eid.

Classes will resume, Inshallah, on Saturday 28 March, and from that day our school hours will return to the normal hours of 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back on the 28th and celebrating Eid together at school. As part of the morning assembly, we will hold a small Eid celebration, and parents are invited to join us for this special moment with the children before they head to their classes. We will have some lollies and sweets to share, and we look forward to celebrating together as a school community.

مع اقتراب نهاية شهر رمضان المبارك هذا الأسبوع، نود إعلامكم بأن المدرسة ستكون في عطلة يوم السبت 21 مارس، وذلك لإتاحة الفرصة للعائلات لقضاء مناسبة العيد مع أحبائهم. نسأل الله أن يتقبل منكم الصيام والقيام وصالح الأعمال، وأن يبارك لكم ولعائلاتكم.

ستُستأنف الدروس بإذن الله يوم السبت 28 مارس، ومن ذلك اليوم ستعود ساعات الدوام إلى أوقاتها المعتادة من الساعة 9:30 صباحًا حتى 1:00 ظهرًا.

🌙 Ramadan Mubarak! May Allah accept your fasting and good deeds 🌙

We are excited to announce our Ramadan Quran memorisation competition for our students. This is a beautiful opportunity for our children to strengthen their connection with the Quran during this blessed month and to build confidence in their recitation and memorisation.

📌 Competition Levels & Surahs

• Kindy A & S– Surah Al-Qaria
• Level 1 S1 E & W– Surah Ash-Shams
• Level 1 S2 A & Z – Surah Al-Burooj
• Level 2 S1 & S2 – Surah Al-Qiyamah
• Level 3 S1 & S2 – Surah Al-Jinn
• Level 4 & 5 – Surah Qaf

The competition is open only to students of Parramatta Arabic School. Students will participate in the surah allocated to their class level.

• All participants will be recognised and awarded
