End of an era: today marks Dean Professor Paul Kofmanβs final day as Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics after a remarkable 14 years of leadership.
A formidable leader, Paulβs impact stretches far and wide. From visiting alumni across the globe, building programs that opened doors for women, and welcoming thousands of students into our community.
Paul re-invigorated our business and academia networks, all while continuing to teach Ethics in Finance and supervising PhDs.
Now, after 56 graduations, roughly 2,100 coffee chats, and around 12,500 handshakes, this chapter comes to a close.
His contribution to the Faculty is honoured through a portrait by Evert Ploeg centered around the handshake as a symbol of trust, respect, collaboration and ethical leadership.
Thank you, Paul. Your legacy will continue to inspire this Faculty, and we wish you health, happiness, and every success in the years ahead.
