The End of an Era
It is with great regret that we have decided that UniMelb Adventures will be winding up by the end of the month citing inactivity and the difficulty in getting it back up to its old glory again.
This blog started out as a journey of a former student, Daphane Ng, as they tried to discover the ins-and-outs of uni life and that crazy period where you are growing up. Thank you Daphane, for creating such a small but impactful slice of uni life that has impacted so many students including this year's team.
So here in our final post, we want you all to keep that uni life going - to stay curious and to discover what the uni has to offer at the beginning or end of your journey.
This page will still be online as a means of archiving the work that has been done here and the website will be live again at some point as a place where you can look at the old works of students past.
On behalf of the blog, we would like to thank you all for following our journey for the past few years and engaging with us.
Whether you're a first year to a PhD, we wish you all the best with the end of semester with your assessments and exams. We'll see you either at REB, hopefully graduation or finding free food.

3. You're picking your subjects for semester 2 or even thinking of changing your major (if exams or semester one didn't go that well).

READ | It’s been a busy week in the world of politics - ScoMo staying, Theresa May leaving, lots of people crying (including Theresa May), ScoMo (probably unintentionally) summoning the memory of Hot Chocolate’s 1975 song ‘You Sexy Thing (I Believe in Miracles)’ in his victory speech (though that could honestly just be my brain) … Regardless, politics recently has been … well, it’s been. And it’ll keep ‘being’, much like how Brexit has kept going, and going, and going, and going, and - well you get the idea. But on the off-chance that Britain does actually exit, how might it affect Unimelb?
