🎶 A HUGE THANK YOU TO CDCMA INC! 🎶

We would like to extend a massive thank you to the Capricorn District Country Music Association (CDCMA Inc) for their incredible support of our recent Country Music Night. ❤️

Not only did CDCMA generously provide us with the use of their hall, they also helped bring the night to life by providing our wonderful country music entertainment. 🎤🎸🎶

What makes their support even more special is that CDCMA Inc is also a not-for-profit organisation, run and supported by volunteers. They understand firsthand the time, effort and dedication that goes into keeping a community organisation going.

To have one volunteer organisation supporting another is a wonderful example of what community is all about — people giving their time, resources and talents to help others succeed.

🎄 CAN YOU HELP US FILL OUR CHRISTMAS WHEELBARROW? 🎄

Riding for the Disabled Rockhampton is calling on our wonderful community and local businesses to help us put together a fantastic wheelbarrow full of goodies for our upcoming Christmas raffle!

We would be incredibly grateful for donations of any kind, including toys, tools, gift vouchers, Christmas goodies, bottles of alcohol or other items that would make a great prize.

If you or your business would like to contribute, please private message our page so we can arrange collection. Alternatively, donations can be dropped off at the Riding Centre on a Saturday.

We’re hoping to have our Christmas wheelbarrow ready soon, so please have all donations to us by 31 August.

Every donation—big or small—will help us create an amazing raffle prize while raising much-needed funds for our riders, horses and centre. ❤️💜

🎶🐴 WHAT AN AMAZING NIGHT! 🐴🎶

Our RDA Country Music Night was an incredible success, and we cannot thank everyone enough who came along, supported us and helped make the night what it was. ❤️💜

But we want to give a MASSIVE shout-out to this amazing bunch of volunteers — along with a few very special people who aren’t in the photo but worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

People like these are the heart and soul of our RDA Centre. 🥰

Our centre simply couldn’t continue to operate without volunteers who generously give their time, energy and love to support our horses, our riders and our RDA community.

There is so much work that happens behind the scenes that people don’t always see — setting up, packing down, caring for our horses, helping our riders, fundraising, organising events and simply being there whenever something needs doing.

To every one of our volunteers — THANK YOU. ❤️

It’s your dedication, kindness and willingness to keep showing up that allows our riders to keep experiencing the joy, confidence and connection that comes from being part of RDA.

We are incredibly lucky to have you. 💜🐴
