Well it's State Championship time again.

Good luck to all the juniors and cadets, try your hardest and remember to have fun.

It's not about winning or losing its about learning and backing up your team mates.

Well hello to all the new members, here we can all chat and raise issues or ideas about how we can better train cadets or juniors within the RFS.

If you have ideas or have hit a road block within your area let the group know and together we can help each other over come the issue.

If you have ideas please share them too as it helps our newer younger member trainers to enhance there training and keeps their cadets and juniors engaged

Ok we now have a place to express ideas for recuitment, training and encourage other trainers to take up the work of making sure cadets get trained as our next generation of firefighters... and remember cadets are not scary they just need good guides to ensure they give a 100%...
