I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone who made our last few days so memorable. It was wonderful having so many drop in to say goodbye. Children who hadn’t attended for some years coming to say goodbye was just so very touching. Thank you also for the absolutely beautiful flowers and gifts…
Thank you for trusting us over the last 8.5yrs to care for your children it has been an absolute honour and pleasure watching the children grow into beautiful, caring and kind young people. I can honestly say the time I’ve spent at Parklands will remain close to my heart forever. I could not have loved a ‘job’ more.
Thank you to the staff who helped us over the years: Wendy who is still on speed dial and will always be one of my truest best friends x ; Amber, Marivic, Lhiana, Zach, Shanay, Holly, Josiah, Harrison, Ruby, Alex, Kristie - you all brought something to Parklands and the children loved you. Thank you all and sorry if I’ve missed anyone.
To our fantastic families: Thank you for trusting us, for the chats, the donations, the ideas and suggestions, for always coming to us with any concerns and for just always being open, kind and amazing! You truly have been such a joy.
To our wonderful children: Thank you for making every day unique, for being your wonderful selves, for trusting us to be your carers, sharing your ideas, for your honesty, kindness, and being just the most amazing wonderful people. To say you will be missed is an understatement.
Thank you to Paulette for trusting me to take on this role and offering me such a wonderful opportunity. I could never of known how much I would love it and how life changing. It would be. Thank you so much.
