Today we proudly welcome our new kōhanga reo president, james into this important role. We are excited for the journey ahead and the guidance, aroha, and vision she will bring to our community, whānau and tamariki, mokopuna.

As we move forward together, may our kaupapa remain strong — nurturing te reo, te wairua, and the future of our tamariki.

We will be having a kohanga meeting Sunday 14 April at the welcome room, 10am.

Please come along if you're interested in attending or just want to know more and keen to support and get involved. Nau mai, haere mai! :)

Come along to our Kohanga Reo Iti, Friday, 10.30 @ the Paraburdoo Primary Welcome Room where we share and learn Māori culture.

The bilingual session for babies through to kindy age is open for anyone to attend - all cultures welcome, you don't need to be Māori or from NZ to join in on the fun!

Nga Mihi Whanau,

Shared on behalf of the Paraburdoo Basketball Association,

This Friday night, Paraburdoo Basketball Association brings Movies under the outdoor courts.

An opportunity for the community to come together with all proceeds raised on the night going to the Gordon Family.

We would like to thank the Pilbara 162 Bruthas for sponsoring the licensing to screen both movies and the Paraburdoo Māori Culture Club and Kohanga for bringing you delicious sweet treats on the night.

Bring a picnic rug or chairs and enjoy a night out at the outdoor courts
Look forward to seeing you all there!

Please come along to our next kohanga whanau/komiti meeting this Sunday, 30 July 2.30pm at the welcome room.

We would love input from everyone to keep our little kohanga going, talk about future gatherings/events and to share ideas.
