Today unfortunately sees the end of a relatively short lived, yet hugely successful era for Playgroup at East Para Primary School.

More "thank you", "goodbye" and recaps of our time together to come, but for now an extra special thank you to all families that have joined us along the way; especially those who were there to celebrate with us today.

It has been a wonderful start to Term 4, we have welcomed some lovely new families to both Thursdays and Fridays and the weather hasn't been too bad also ☀️

✨We have supported Can do 4kids on their loud shirt day and had a teddy bear picnic on the school oval where the kids could run free after enjoying snack time together whilst we read our weekly book.
Can't forget about bubbles at the end of each playgroup too it's so much fun for the children and helps them learn to share and blow bubbles ✨

Did you know that finger painting is a great way for children to explore, learn and develop through sensory play. When children can feel the cool, squishy texture of the paint and experiment with colour and patterns, it encourages their creativity.
It helps with Fine Motor Control, Gross Motor Control, Eye-Hand Coordination, Visual Perception, Spatial Attention and Healthy Expression of Emotions.
