We only have 2 more available spots for our second Year 4 English class this term. For Term 1, we're tackling big topics and important skills including Public Speaking and Persuasive Texts. Our teaching team is working hard through the break to finish the learning material and we're excited to see our students back in class!

Why us?
We're not your ordinary tutoring centre. We are a small team of experienced and nurturing educators, focussing on giving quality learning experiences to our primary school students. Our goal is to help them finesse their English skills and have fun while doing it. Our teaching philosophy is one centred around having the courage to try, helping each other learn and growing our love for learning and we know it works. Our students love our classroom and tutors so much, we find it hard to get them to go home sometimes!

For new students, we've got a 1 week guarantee so that if you find we're not a good fit, we'll give back any tuition fees you may have paid.

We are looking for an English tutor to join our team - someone who has experience teaching, is great with kids and aligns to our centre's values of having the courage to try, helping each other to learn and growing our love for learning.

Collaborative learning to master English skills | Academy Squared | Panania Academy Squared is your one-stop shop to build and strengthen crucial English skills for Year 2-6 students. We offer a unique curriculum which focusses on building confidence and understanding, all while having fun. We pride ourselves on our collaborative environment and curated expertise.

Our Year 3 Bears class, hard at work! This week, we learnt about idioms and contractions which the kids soaked up every bit of!

We love seeing them learn new content and laugh at silly phrases like "a bee in my bonnet!".

[5 spots remaining in Y2-6 public speaking skill workshop]

Public Speaking. It’s something students either love or hate and at Academy Squared, we LOVE it. We believe it’s a skill that helps students work on their communication and also comes in very handy later in life too.

The reason why it is part of our Master that Skill Series is because:
1. There isn’t enough of a focus on public speaking in school
2. There is often a feedback loop missing where teachers do not have the resources or time to give personalised feedback
3. It gets better with confidence!which we're good at building

This term, our 2-hour Public Speaking workshop for Years 2-6 will include:
- What makes a good speech and delivery
- How to put theory into practice
- How to improve through personalised feedback on their public speaking

This is the first release of classes which are kept to 4 students each. We’re currently opening registration for two classes with 5 spots remaining. The cost of the class is $80 but bring a friend or sibling or cousin or neighbour and it’ll be $140 for two.

We love having our kids demonstrate their talents and interests and to give them a stage during break time and before / after class to teach others. In today's class, one of our Year 3 students led everyone through a demonstration of origami penguins, swans and rabbits!

[New English class opening for Year 4-5 students]

Following the success of the new structure for our Year 2-3 Bears class, we are excited to announce a new class opening up for Year 4-5 students - the Lions!

The curriculum for Term 3 includes:
- Constructing stronger sentences with the correct grammar and punctuation
- Building stronger comprehension and inferring skills
- Inspiring more creative writing

We offer a 1 week guarantee where if you don't find us to be a good fit, we'll return that week of tuition fees back to you.

[Free week of tutoring for Yr 3 & 4 / OC students]

After the success of our previous Revision Weeks, we’d like to welcome new students to our classroom for a free revision class.

We've got three classes packed with breaking down concepts, different types of questions and as always, take home exercises (don't worry parents, we'll give you the answers!).

This revision week, our Head Tutor, Louise, will be teaching the classes.

We're keeping the Maths, English and Trial Test format which gives 4-6 students (per class) a chance to revise and learn. There are no strings attached - just register for a free spot before they run out!
