The Daniel Morcombe Foundation was founded by parents Bruce and Denise Morcombe after their son Daniel was abducted in December 2003 while waiting to catch a bus on the Sunshine Coast. Today we would like to see a future where all children and young people are provided with education, protection and support to be safe from abuse and risk of harm.

Building critical thinking skills around AI-generated content, students are encouraged to question what AI presents them, protect their personal information and seek help from their safety team when they are unsure or don’t feel safe.

Amid the excitement of the show, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with the community and talk about Daniel's Law, a disclosure scheme to enable eligible members of the community access to information about reportable offenders who are on Queensland's Child Protection Register.
