"Who is a Zumba® Gold class for?"
The class is aimed at those who are new to exercise, aged over 50, or have any physical limitations that would prevent them enjoying a regular Zumba® Fitness class. Gold has the same foundational movements but they are modified to be less intense, for example, there's no jumping. Classes $12 each or purchase a 10 class pass for $100 from To The Beat

I always feel so blah on Monday afternoons and just cant be bothered.
45 minutes in your company and I feel uplifted and energised.
Somewhat stuffed to - so unfit with injury induced inactivity
