This custom aluminium tray was designed and built to suit our customer’s exact requirements for a brand new 2026 Hilux.

Featuring a timeless classic tray design while integrating seamlessly with the factory blind spot sensor rear bar, this build delivers both practicality and a clean OEM-inspired finish.

Finished with integrated side boxes, built-in footsteps, side rope rails, and a custom headboard filler panel — every detail has been carefully considered to maximise storage, usability, and appearance.

NP300 dual cab rolls out ready to head bush…

Designed and built to meet our customer’s exact touring requirements, this custom tray and canopy package delivers the ultimate combination of functionality, storage, and off-grid capability. The build features a complete Prowire Auto Electrics 12V system, Bushman 85L fridge, slide-out pantry, integrated drawer and bench combination unit, removable storage drawer, dedicated gas bottle and jerry can storage, spare wheel carrier, and a trundle drawer with removable lid, creating the perfect platform for BBQ and camp cooking.

Supporting extended adventures, the canopy is equipped with a 60L water tank and pump system, while customer-supplied accessories including a 23ZERO rooftop tent and 270-degree awning were integrated to complete the setup. Purpose-built for touring, this customised solution maximises storage, accessibility, and comfort wherever the journey leads.

Here’s a bit of inspiration for ya. 11th of May this year, this old fella kicked over 50 years of being in business. Same workshop, same small business mindset. 11th of May was also his 76th bday….. and he’s still up and running. A bloody good achievement. Celebrating with a beer at our second home Barmah after Melbourne beats the hawks is golden! Cheers Dad….. or as the boys would say, good on ya William. 😂
